Fukin Tuned offers a 30-day refund policy from the date you receive your order. To request a refund to the original payment method, please email us at customerservice@fukintuned.com.  

Return/Exchange Policy

We want to make sure each customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you're looking to return or exchange your Fukin Tuned for whatever reason, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for an exchange with a different Fukin Tuned (no charge) or a refund to the original payment method and the customer is responsible for the return shipping postage).

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

What is the Return Policy?

We want to make sure each customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you’re looking to return your Fukin Tuned Unit, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your FT Unit for a refund to the original payment method.

  • When returning the Fukin Tuned Unit, the shipping is the customer's responsibility. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides a tracking number to ensure that your return is returned to us. (We can provide a return shipping label; however, $10.99 will also be deducted from your original purchase price.)
  • You may qualify for a partial refund if the returned product is damaged. We will assess the conditions once we receive the product back and notify you if the return does not qualify for a full refund.
  • If the FukinTuned Unit is not returned in its original condition, an additional Restocking Fee will be deducted from your original purchase price.

How do I return?

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with our shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Units are in their original condition with no damage to the cables or the unit itself.
  • In the original Fukin Tuned packaging with the serial numbers uncovered.

What are the refund options?

  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method.

What is the Exchange Policy?

If you are looking to exchange your Fukin Tuned Unit for whatever reason, we offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order that was purchased directly from an authorized reseller or the Fukin Tuned website. You can return your product for an exchange with a different FukinTuned Unit at no charge, however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

We allow the exchange of a purchased Fukin Tuned Unit within the first 30 days of purchase. Please contact customerservice@fukintuned.com to receive exchange instructions. You will receive an email with additional instructions once the exchange request has been submitted and approved.

How do I ship the items back?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Once you have submitted your return request, you will be informed if the request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the return request will be processed within 5-7 business days after the submitted form.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our receiving department, you will receive a notification via email stating that your refund has been issued. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of checkout.

Will the original shipping be refunded?

Due to the shipping label being purchased from the shipping facilities and the package being delivered to the customer, the original shipping will not be refunded.
